Baise City Housing Provident Fund Management Centre Functional Information
Baise Housing Provident Fund Management Centre is an independent institution directly under the Municipal People's Government with reference to the civil service law, responsible for the management of the city's housing provident fund, and the implementation of ‘unified decision-making, unified management, unified system, unified accounting’ for the city's housing provident fund (including the management department). Institutional level for the deputy division level, the centre has a comprehensive section, collection management section, planning and credit section, financial section, file information section, regulations and inspection section, funds withdrawal section and other 7 sections, under the right river, tianyang, tiandong, pingguo, debao, jingxi, napo, lingyun, leye, tianlin, lunglin, xilin, pingguo aluminium and other 13 department of management (management of the centre of the department of the sent institutions).
The main responsibilities are:
(a) Preparation and implementation of housing provident fund collection and use plan;
(ii) Responsible for recording the contribution, withdrawal and use of the housing provident fund of the employees;
(iii) To be responsible for the accounting of the Municipal Housing Provident Fund;
(d) Approving the withdrawal and use of the Municipal Housing Provident Fund;
(e) To be responsible for the preservation and return of the value of the Municipal Housing Provident Fund;
(vi) Preparing reports on the implementation of the plan for the collection and use of the Municipal Housing Provident Fund;
(vii) Undertake other matters decided by the Municipal Housing Provident Fund Management Committee.
