Liang Juan, female, Han nationality, born in April 1982, postgraduate degree, CPC member, participated in the work in July 2003, presided over the overall work of the Party and Government of Hezhou Sports Bureau, in charge of personnel and financial work.
Currently serving as Party Secretary and Director of Hezhou Sports Bureau.
Main responsibilities:
(a) Implementation of the state, autonomous regions and sports policy guidelines and laws and regulations. Study the city's sports development strategy, coordination of sports development, responsible for promoting the construction of diversified sports service system, promote the city's sports public services and sports system reform.
(B) the formulation of the city's sports development planning and policy, drafting the city's legislative authority within the scope of the relevant draft laws and regulations and supervise the implementation.
(3) Coordinating and planning the development of mass sports in the city, responsible for the implementation of the national fitness programme, supervising the implementation of the national standards for physical exercise, promoting the monitoring of national physical fitness and the construction of the social sports guidance workforce, guiding the construction of public sports facilities, and responsible for the supervision and management of public sports facilities.
(d) Coordinating the planning of the city's competitive sports development, setting up sports programmes, guiding the coordination of sports training and sports competitions, guiding the construction of sports teams, and coordinating the social security work of athletes.
(E) Coordinate planning for the development of youth sports, guide and promote youth sports work.
(vi) To formulate development plans and policies for the city's sports industry, regulate the management of sports services, promote the construction of sports standardisation, and be responsible for the management of sports lotteries.
(vii) Guiding and managing the city's foreign affairs related to sports, and organising international sports exchanges and cooperation with Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.
(viii) To organise and carry out major scientific and technological research in the field of sports, technical research and promotion of achievements.
(ix) Responsible for organising, coordinating and supervising anti-doping work in sports.
(J) To undertake other tasks assigned by the municipal party committee, the municipal people's government and higher-level business departments.
