Laibin Municipal Statistics Bureau Functional Information
I. In accordance with the provisions of the Statistical Law of the People's Republic of China, fully implement the national unified system of social and economic statistical reporting. It organizes, leads, supervises and inspects the statistical and national economic accounting work of all counties (cities and districts) and departments in the city, supervises and inspects the implementation of statistical laws, rules and regulations, and registers the statistical management in accordance with the law.
Second, according to the national basic statistical system, statistical standards and the autonomous region statistics bureau arranged by the statistical work, the formulation of the city's statistical survey program; the main statistical indicators of the national economy for review; organization and management of the city's statistical survey project, approval of counties (cities, districts), departments and social groups, intermediary organizations, such as the statistical survey plan and survey program; management of foreign-related social survey activities.
Third, lead the organization and implementation of national periodic census and large-scale special statistical surveys; organization and guidance of counties (cities, districts), departments of the social and economic surveys, collect, collate and summarize the city's basic statistical information; national economy, scientific and technological progress and social development of statistical analysis, statistical forecasting and statistical supervision, to the municipal party committee, the municipal government and the relevant departments to provide statistical information and consulting recommendations.
Fourth, the unified assessment, approval, management and publication of the city's basic statistical information, regularly released to the public the city's national economic and social development.
V. To establish, improve and manage the city's statistical information system; also to complete the management and maintenance of the statistical database, statistical LAN and statistical information website.
Sixth, to assist the higher statistical departments to manage the county (city, district) under the jurisdiction of the statistical business funds; to assist the counties (cities, districts) to manage the director of the Bureau of Statistics, deputy director; responsible for the city's statistical professional and technical title qualification exams and grass-roots statistical cadres of education and training work.
Seven, the contractors of the municipal party committee, the municipal government and the higher level of the statistical department of other work assigned.
