Chongzuo Municipal Culture, Tourism, Sports, Radio and Television Bureau Functional Information
(a) To study and formulate policy measures and normative documents on culture, tourism, radio and television broadcasting and sports.
(b) Coordinate and plan the development of culture, tourism, radio and television broadcasting and sports undertakings and industries in the city, formulate development plans and organize their implementation, promote the integrated development of culture, tourism, radio and television broadcasting and sports, and promote the reform of the system and mechanism of culture, tourism, radio and television broadcasting and sports.
(3) To manage major cultural, tourism, radio and television broadcasting and sports activities in the city, guide the construction of public facilities, key facilities and major projects for culture, tourism, radio and television broadcasting and sports in the city, and be responsible for the supervision and management of public facilities for culture, tourism, radio and television broadcasting and sports in the city. It organizes the promotion of the overall image of the city's culture and tourism, promotes foreign cooperation and domestic and international marketing of the culture and tourism industry, formulates strategies for the development of the culture and tourism market and organizes their implementation. (d) To guide and manage the city's arts and cultural undertakings, direct artistic creation and production, support cultural and artistic works that embody socialist core values and are representative and exemplary in orientation, and promote the development of various types and varieties of arts.
(e) To be responsible for the development of the city's public culture, tourism, radio and television broadcasting and sports, to promote the construction of the city's public culture, tourism, radio and television broadcasting and sports service system, to carry out in-depth cultural projects for the benefit of the people, to coordinate and push forward the standardization and equalization of basic public cultural and radio and television broadcasting public services, as well as the standardization of public services in tourism, to regulate the management of sports services, and to push forward the standardization of sports construction.
(f) To guide and promote scientific and technological innovation and results promotion in culture, tourism, radio and television, and sports; to promote the informatization and standardization of the city's culture, tourism and sports industries; and to guide vocational education in these industries. It also promotes the integration of radio and television broadcasting with new media, new technologies and new business models, and promotes the integration of broadcasting networks with telecommunication networks and the Internet.
(vii) Responsible for the protection of the city's intangible cultural heritage, promoting the protection, inheritance, popularization, promotion and revitalization of intangible cultural heritage.
