Zunyi Municipal Natural Resources Bureau (hereinafter referred to as the Municipal Natural Resources Bureau) is a working department of the Municipal People's Government, at the county level. The Municipal Natural Resources Bureau implements the guidelines, policies and decision-making deployments of the Party Central Committee, the Provincial Party Committee and the Municipal Party Committee on the work of natural resources, and adheres to and strengthens the Party's centralized and unified leadership of the work of natural resources in the course of performing its duties. Main responsibilities:
(a) To fulfill the duties of owners of all land, minerals, forests, grasslands, wetlands, water and other natural resource assets and the duties of all land space use control. It implements laws and regulations on natural resources and territorial spatial planning and mapping, carries out relevant policies and supervises and inspects their implementation.
(ii) Responsible for natural resources survey, monitoring and evaluation. Implement the indicator system and statistical standards for natural resources survey, monitoring and evaluation, and execute the natural resources survey, monitoring and evaluation system. (d) Responsible for the paid use of natural resource assets. (viii) Responsible for urban and rural planning management. Execute the guidelines, policies, laws and regulations of urban and rural planning management, and study and formulate the city's urban and rural planning work system and regulations.
