- Shuicheng District is located in the western part of Guizhou Province, ‘the roof of Guizhou - China's cool capital’ - Liupanshui City core hinterland. The total area of 3040.73 square kilometres. Located in Sichuan, Yunnan, Guizhou and Guizhou four provinces and regions, known as the ‘four provinces crossroads’.
