Anshun City Veterans Affairs Bureau Functional Information
Anshun City Bureau of Veterans Affairs, as a constituent department of the municipal government, is responsible for the implementation of the CPC Central Committee, the State Council, the provincial government, the municipal government of the Party Committee on the work of veterans of the guidelines and policies and decision-making and deployment, in the performance of their duties to adhere to and strengthen the centralised and unified leadership of the Party on the work of veterans.
The main responsibilities are: to organise and implement policies and regulations on the ideology and politics of veterans in Anshun, management and security, and resettlement and preferential treatment; to praise and commend the spirit and values of veterans‘ sacrifices and dedication to the Party, the country and the people; to be responsible for the transfer and resettlement of military cadres in the military, demobilised cadres, retired cadres, retired soldiers, and retired and retired employees without military status; to organise and guide the service and management of veterans who choose to work or get employed; to ensure that the work of veterans is carried out in an orderly manner; to organise and guide the centralised leadership of the Party on veterans’ work in the course of fulfilling its responsibilities.
