Institutional functions
(a) responsible for the city's emergency management work, guiding the counties (districts) departments to respond to production safety, natural disasters and other emergencies and comprehensive disaster prevention, mitigation and relief work. Responsible for the city's integrated supervision and management of production safety and industrial, mining and commercial production safety supervision and management work (except coal mines, the same below).
