The main responsibilities of Beijing Housing Fund Management Center are: 

I. To formulate and implement the plan for collecting and using the housing fund in Beijing;

II. To keep records of the payment, withdrawal and use of the housing fund of employees in Beijing;

III. To be responsible for the accounting of housing funds in Beijing;

IV. To examine and approve the payment, withdrawal and use of housing fund in Beijing;

V. To maintain the value of and return housing funds in Beijing;

VI. To prepare the report on implementation of the collection and use plan of housing fund in Beijing;

VII. To perform other tasks assigned by Beijing Housing Fund Management Committee.
