(xi) To be responsible for matters relating to foreign exchanges and cooperation in human resources and social security work.
(xii) Receiving letters and visits involving human resources and social security, and coordinating with the relevant departments to deal with major letters and visits and emergencies related to human resources and social security.
(xiii) Responsible for the administrative supervision of human resources and social security as stipulated by law and the publicity of laws and regulations; implement the regulations on “release of administrative services” and matters of authority and responsibility of the department; combine work responsibilities with those of the department and the field of work safety and fire safety, and do a good job of integration between the military and the people and the development of poverty alleviation, etc.; increase investment in science and technology to strengthen the construction of information technology; and do a good job of production safety and fire safety as stipulated by regulations.
