Jiayuguan Housing Provident Fund Management Centre

The Jiayuguan Housing Provident Fund Management Centre is the functional department responsible for the collection, utilisation, and management of housing provident funds for employees of administrative organs, enterprises, and public institutions throughout the city. Approved by the Municipal Organisation Department in October 2008, the Centre operates as a non-profit, deputy-county-level public institution directly subordinate to the Jiayuguan Municipal People's Government, managed in accordance with national civil service regulations. It currently comprises two divisions and one office: the Administrative Office, Operations Division, and Audit Division, with a staffing quota of seven positions.

Primary Responsibilities

(1) Formulating and implementing housing provident fund collection and utilisation plans;

(2) Maintain records of employees' housing provident fund contributions, withdrawals, and usage;

(3) Conduct accounting for the housing provident fund;

(4) Approve withdrawals and usage of the housing provident fund;

(5) Ensure the preservation of value and repayment of the housing provident fund;

(6) Prepare reports on the implementation of housing provident fund collection and usage plans;

(7) Undertake other matters decided by the Housing Provident Fund Management Committee.
