(a) implementation of market supervision and management, intellectual property laws and regulations. Responsible for market supervision and management. (c) To organise and guide the comprehensive law enforcement work of market supervision. It guides the integration and construction of integrated law enforcement teams for market supervision in counties (cities, special zones and districts), and promotes the implementation of unified market supervision. Organise and coordinate the investigation and handling of major and complex cases and cross-regional law enforcement work. (d) Be responsible for unified anti-monopoly law enforcement according to its authority. (XVI) is responsible for the protection of intellectual property rights. (xvii) Responsible for promoting the use of intellectual property rights.
