Qiannan Prefecture Veterans Affairs Bureau

Diligently implement the guiding principles outlined in relevant documents issued by the central, provincial, and prefectural authorities concerning veterans' affairs. Oversee the transfer and placement of military-to-civilian transitioning officers, demobilized officers, retired officers, and discharged soldiers throughout the prefecture, as well as the service management, benefits, and entitlements for veterans pursuing independent employment. Organize and implement educational training programs and preferential treatment/compensation schemes for veterans. Guide prefecture-wide efforts in supporting the military and honoring military families. Manage honors and commendations for martyrs and veterans, maintain military cemeteries, and organize commemorative activities.
