Qiannan Prefecture Audit Bureau Functional Information
The Qiannan State Audit Bureau implements the guidelines, policies, and decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee, the provincial Party committee, and the state Party committee on audit work, and insists on and strengthens the Party's centralized and unified leadership over audit work in the performance of its duties. The main responsibilities are: to be responsible for the audit work of the whole state, to implement the audit laws, regulations, and guidelines, to propose the annual audit results report on the implementation of the state budget and other financial revenue and expenditure of the state to the state Party committee audit committee, to directly conduct relevant audits, to issue audit reports, to make audit decisions within the scope of statutory authority or to propose handling and penalty suggestions to the relevant competent authorities, to inspect the implementation of audit decisions in accordance with the law, to guide and supervise the work of internal audit, to be responsible for the relevant work of the management of personnel, finance, and materials of the audit organs in the whole state, etc.
