Promote cross-domain and cross-industry digital transformation, and promote the deep integration of the digital economy with the real economy. (7) Coordinating the advancement of scientific and technological innovation in the field of big data, promoting the industrialization of scientific research achievements, and driving the integration of big data in industry, education, and application.

(8) Responsible for proposing the investment scale and direction in the field of big data in the whole state, the construction funds supported by the superior level, and the allocation suggestions for the special funds for the development of big data at the state level, proposing suggestions for the approval, filing, and examination of big data investment projects, drafting suggestions for the annual use arrangement of the special funds for the development of big data at the state level, and organizing the implementation after approval according to the procedures.

(9) Take charge of the foreign exchange and cooperation work in the field of big data, organize and guide relevant enterprises to participate in major exchange and cooperation, carry out regional cooperation, and guide the work of industry associations, societies and other social organizations in the field of big data.

(Ten) Responsible for the construction of big data talent teams, formulating and implementing relevant talent development plans, and organizing and coordinating the construction and training of big data talents in the whole state.

(11) In combination with the responsibilities of the department, fulfill the corresponding data security responsibilities, be responsible for drafting relevant data security policies and organizing their implementation, and promote the construction and security protection of the big data security system.

(12) Ensure the integration of military and civilian affairs, rural revitalization, energy conservation, and emission reduction. Responsible for the safety production work within the department and industry sector.
